Myrtle & Maude Limited. (“Myrtle & Maude”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides the services available on the website. Your use of this website is governed by these terms and conditions set out below. By using any part of this website, completing your customer registration with us and/or placing an order on the website you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of products made by the Seller, hereafter referred as to “Myrtle & Maude”, to the buyer hereafter referred to as the “Customer.” These terms and conditions and your use of the website are governed by English Law and you agree to submit the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Price
1.1. All prices are quoted in £ sterling and are inclusive of VAT (as may be prescribed by law from time to time), unless otherwise specified. 1.2. Postage and packing prices may be charged in addition to the price of any goods, and are stated individually on the website.
Payment
2.1. Online payment will be provided in a secure environment. Payments must be made in £ sterling and by one of the following credit card payment methods – Visa, MasterCard, Paypal
Passing of property
Myrtle & Maude Limited will retain ownership of the goods until full payment has been received and all funds have cleared.
Passing of risk
The risk in the goods will pass to the Customer on delivery.
UK Delivery
5.1. All orders will be dispatched Royal Mail 1st Class unless an alternative option is selected at checkout. 5.2. Royal Mail 1st class delivery is available if ordered before 2pm. 5.3. Next day UK delivery is not available (Please contact hello@myrtleandmaude.com if required. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 services – Royal Mail aim be have parcel with you in 24 hours (But is not guaranteed) 5.3. Overseas and non-mainland UK delivery: Postage is charged at cost. Delivery times may vary. Please allow 7-14 days. 5.4. Any products not available at the time of your order will be sent to you, as soon as possible. Myrtle & Maude cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by others, or any other third party.

International Customers
Customers from outside the UK can only pay by credit card, debit card or paypal and must pay in £ sterling unless otherwise specified. All other terms and conditions apply.

Myrtle & Maude believes that beauty should be cruelty free. We are proud to be Leaping Bunny approved. A global programme, Leaping Bunny requires cruelty free standards over and above legal requirements.
All of our own brand cosmetic and personal care products are approved under the Cruelty Free international Leaping Bunny programme, the internationally recognisable gold standard for cruelty free products. We adhere to a fixed cut-off date policy and proactively monitor our suppliers to ensure that our products continue to adhere to Leaping Bunny criteria. Our supplier monitoring system is also independently audited.
