Small items Royal Mail 24 service - £2.49 / Large items Royal Mail 24 service - £4.99

*Royal Mail 24 & 48 are an 'aim to deliver' in 24/ 48 hours, however this is not guarenteed by Royal Mail (Average delivery time 1-2 working days)

We offer free Royal Mail 24 delivery on all orders over £50 within the UK


Order Dispatch

All orders received by 2.00pm on a working day will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 2.00pm, or on a non-working day, will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

Please note that our warehouse does not currently operate on weekends or bank holidays. All orders received after 2.00pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday (or Tuesday if it is a bank holiday weekend). 


European Delivery: Not currently available

*For customers outside of the UK please be aware that your order may be subject to additional local regional duties or tariffs payable by you the customer at point of delivery.


Missing/ Late Orders: 

Once your order is dispatched we are reliant on our delivery partners to deliver safely, securely and on time. If your order is not received within 5 working days after dispatch please contact us so that we can investigate this further. In the case of European and other International orders please allow 10 working days for delivery. You should recieved a tracking ID via email - please check junk folder.


RM common issues if your item is late: 

Please check your tracking ID on Royal Mail website. This should state a delivery time/ date (sometimes photo/ location pin of successsful delivery is provided). Please note you will only be able to track your tracking ID on Royal Mail website once the first delivery attempt has occurred.

If no one is in on the first delivery attempt, Royal Mail should leave a red slip, however, service is not always consistent with Royal Mail and dependent on your local post person.

If Royal Mail do not leave item, you will need to use tracking ID to either select a re-delivery or collect from your local Royal Mail depot.

If tracking ID states successfully delivered but you do not have the item or a red slip, please check with a neigbour and safe place outside - outcome is dependent on your local post person.


Incorrect Address 

If the details entered at checkout are incorrect, and you haven't informed us of a change of address prior to your order being processed by our fulfilment partner, we will be unable to replace or refund this order until it is returned to us by the delivery partner (3-4 weeks after original delivery). 

If an item is returned to Myrtle & Maude as undeliverable, or uncollected from the delivery depot, we will be unable to refund the cost of postage.
