6.1. The Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods unless they notify Myrtle & Maude within 7 days of receipt. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights. If no such action has been taken, Myrtle & Maude shall consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose and may not accept any reject at a later date.
6.2. Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition.
6.3. Unless the goods are faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the cost of returning them to us. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage when you do so.
6.4. If you require a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the goods, but not the additional cost of any premium delivery option that was chosen within fourteen (14) days of receiving your returned goods, provided that you have returned the goods to us within 7 working days of delivery to you or your notifying us of cancellation.
6.5. In cases where the return of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, the Customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. We will also refund the delivery charge for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you for returning the item. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to Myrtle & Maude as soon as possible. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage.
